Goats not only can eat poison ivy and oak, they think it's candy.

My wife says that if you drink the milk from goats after they feast on ivy
it will help with your immunity.
Our goats prefer thisels and multi-flora rose to clover. They stick their
heads through the fience to eat weeds while standing in knee deep clover.
If they get loose they'll strip our grape vines in nothing flat.
