With square holes, there is a good chance it is a weldsale or an acorn. 
Both companies are still in business, and have websites. There were 
some other smaller companies that made platen tables, but with oddball 
size and shape holes.

They will Blanchard grind your tables for you, but I would imagine at a 
cost of $500 to $1000.
You could email one or both, and ask about your table and its crown- 
doesnt cost you anything to ask.

Also good to browse the websites for tooling ideas. They have come up 
with some cool tooling, which they sell at high prices, but which you 
can make yourself pretty easily.
