You can sorta kinda do it.
Once.
Straight argon sheilding gas, match wire size to amps of machine, and
keep the hose from mig welder to the gun absolutely straight- any
curving in the hose will cause the wire to kink up and birdsnest in
your wire feeder. Clean, new tip. If there is junk or snags in your
liner, it could kink up- most mig guns use a plastic liner. But with
care, a small project is possible.

Although something to check into is whether your welding supply store
will rent you the equipment you need- mine will, and it is cheap. Or
maybe a big rental yard.
I can rent a gas drive welder for 30 bucks a day.
Or a spoolgun and power supply, for under 50.
With a spoolgun, you only need to buy a 1lb reel of wire, which is
cheaper than a big one.

Will your mig welder take a small spool, or do you have to buy a
hundred bucks worth of wire?
Can you trade one of your tanks for an argon tank?
Remember that argon and aluminum wire arent cheap. When you add up the
cost of supplies, it may be cheaper just to pay somebody to do it who
is already tooled up.
