At a garage sale this morning I got a galvanized bucket thingy that's 12" in
diameter and 8 1/2" tall with a typical galvanized bucket handle except the
bucket is actually werapped around a red clay "bucket" with a shelf half way
up across the middle that has 12 1" holes evenly spaced around the 3/4" clay
shelf. The sides of the "bucket" are also of 3/4 " clay. There is a door
in the galvanized covering and terra cotta that is 4" x 1 1/2" which is.
There is a thin galvanized door that slides up and down so as to close the
opening which looks like its for putting coals in or out or both. So what
is it? Industrial? Household? Seems like I should know and recognize it,
but don't. I paid $5 for it and another small bucket full of rusted stuff
so i guess I didn't get taken too badly.

Any ideas?
