sorry i was not clear in my original posting allow me
to clarify.

i have theforge archives going back many years.

i have some of theforge archives from when wugate.wustl.edu
hosted theforge mailing list. 

i have the theforge archives v01.n0003 through v01.n2132.
those are theforge digests under the old majordomo mailing
list run by qth.net. v01.n0000 through v01.n0003 are missing.

i have the theforge archives, in mailbox format, under the
current mailman mailing list run the qth.net.

my idea is to be able to search theforge archives.
