After fighting for over 20 years to keep deer out of my 40' x 60' garden I
finally have something that works. I have not had a deer in the garden for two
years and was able to put up over 50 pints of beans this year...normally one
of their favorite snacks.
It is a wireless deer fence that operates on two AA batteries and a
capacitor. It comes as wands that you stick in the ground. I got six of them for my
garden. Last year I mowed one of them but the five that are left worked
perfectly again this year. The deer are all around the yard but will not go in the
area that these things surround.
The Wireless Deer Fence™ posts are positioned around plants that deer like
and on deer paths into your yard or garden. When deer in the area are enticed
by a sweet smelling attractant to touch the device, the Wireless Deer Fence
delivers a harmless shock which frightens them from the area and trains them to
never return.
