I bought a Hilti sytem for horizontal sets.  The rep gave me the 
cartridge gun so I just had to buy the adhesives etc.  Very good system 
but pricey.  They have a storefront on Delaware Ave in S. Philly that 
stocks their whole line plus they just have fairly recently gotten a 
devoted area in Home Depot .  They had a rep stationed there for what 
seemed like a month or so to get it off the ground.  I tend to buy just 
enough of that stuff to do the particular job, so if I buy too much it's 
good to know I don't have to eat it if it came from Home Depot.  I know 
other folks who use their products and swear them. Other than that I 
typically use mechanical stuff for horizontal like lags with shields 
etc.  Hilti has some good strictly mechanical fasteners too but again, a 
little pricey.  I'm going to look into Polygem. Thanks for the info.
