This sounds like a real bad idea to me.
1. The compressor isn't made to be safe with propane, which makes this 
seem like a very high risk.
2. What do you know about refilling propane tanks? It seems simple 
enough, but is it really worth the possible danger? Fuel gas explosions 
are pretty serious.
