I'm pretty sure it is H beam, not I beam: 6' long, 10" web, 5 1/2" ends. Web is 1/4" thick, ends are 5/16". It is attached to a 13"x38" piece of 5/8" plate. You pick up only. Steve Smith Brownfield, Maine (207)935-3878
