Well if O. Oria is the artist he/she is from Spain... the surname comes form the town/city of Mitxelena, Spain (Basque). A lot of beautiful metal work came out of Spain... There also seems to be a Saint Oria from Spain By the way who would sell something so beautiful? Ted Jones
