The founder of our Florida Chapter, Willard Smith, has a saying that there
are three kinds of people in the world, Givers, Takers and Riders.  Those
who say "I like the glossy magazine and the conference is fun so they are
doing OK by me are clearly Riders.  Like most organizations there are about
5 percent that do 100 percent of the work those are the Givers.  Then there
are the Takers.  I think it is pretty clear who they are.    Bill
