To do cat peetination simply put the marker in the bottom of the litterbox
and go easy on the litter. Put a layer of paper over the piece so the
Peetina formula will disperse across it. If you don't you'll get spots where
the litter holds the Peetina solution against the piece. Given enough time
though and it'll even out.

I have on idea how long to leave it there but this discussion came up in the
mid 90's and experimentation by an Artmetalite came up with the above
technique.
