Actually I am on the BOD of two 501 C 3's and I do not beleive that we are
required to have an audit, but this is state by state I think. We had one for a
community Non-Profit I am a part of and for an organization with an anual
budget of about 75000 dollars it cost us about 4000 3 years ago.
