	Full blown audits are very costly.  Now, ABANA isn't a very
	large organization, financially speaking, so perhaps it would
	not be so bad, but it would still be more than a little.  I
	have worked for basically all of what were once the "big 8"
	accounting firms and auditing is a VERY lucrative business
	because ot is so labor intensive.
