George Dixon's  "Statutory Notice" to ABANA strikes me as 
pathetic.

As a former ABANA member, former "theforge" list member 
George Dixon's individual posts to "theforge" mail group 
 no more/ no less can represent the voice of ABANA than 
any other individual.  

Even the words and opinions of current individual board 
members do not represent ABANA, as any Board of Directors 
functions only as a board, and not as individuals.  

Last I knew, most of us  still have some rights to free 
speech.  If an individual like George writes and posts a 
letter to a list, then how can he call the responces to 
his letter "unsolicited spam" ?
