My suggestion... post and beam with a dirt floor. I have a cement floor and 
it stinks! I do not know if they sell them there, but they have what I think 
they call "stressed skin" walls that come built ready to attach to the frame. 
Insulation, windows, inside and outside walls attached and precut and drilled 
for elecrtic/plumbing. More costly but easier to put up.
