[TheForge] A question

If the requirement is someone who forges steel, I think
that they all qualify. You didn't say that they had to be 
good at it. And if they do have to be good at it, you didn't
say who will be the judge of that? And let's not forget some 
business skills and some organizational skills and many other 
types of skills. Some of the board are professional blacksmiths
and some are professional business people. We need both.
