Try
www.hrw.com   they have several offices in PA it looks like.
www.ejbartells.com  looks as if all are west of the Mighty Miss River.

But both will ship.

Also look for a local furnace builder/repair shop. They will most likely
have sources.
Also I looked in our local yellow pages a while back and found 2 or 3
places in Portland, Oregon that were under 'refractories'
