Yeah, when are they gonna start building digicams into semi-autos? Now,

Thought experiment. Two potential legal scenarios:

1. The drunk-driving frat-boy creators of a late-night random bloody 
pulp on the pavement of the Bowery are apprehended (ok, so there's some 
fantasy involved...).
2. The otherwise innocent (I'm givin' ya the benefit of the doubt here, 
buddy) possessor of an illegal (I'm assuming, but hey, it's certainly 
not a stretch -- for the sake of argument...) mechanism of 
self-protection, which has recently gently discouraged the creation of a 
bloody pulp, is apprehended.

Who'd be in more trouble...?
