Did you notice that you had to go to the ABANA site to get that bit of info? 
Regardless this is indeed and always has been at least a quasi-ABANA list. But 
hey no sweat just ignore the ABANA posts. I was just observing that it needs 
to veted and this is at least sort of neutral ground in which noone involved 
has real control.
