  I should of changed the title the first time.
  So there are 366 members of the forge.  No wonder there are so few
  blacksmith postings this group is too small
  What is current ABANA membership 4500
  Even if every one on the forge was a member of ABANA that would be a
  very small % of the total group.
  I saw a show of hands a year or two at an UMBA event an at least 1/2
  present were ABANA members which surprised me at the time I though it
  would be less.  Of course the turn out say 50 was less than our
  membership which must be around 200 or so.

  One last push for the UMBA conference May 15/16 at Haverhill, IA, USA
  and of course the DVD library at $5 each plus shipping.  See
  www.umbaonline.org for more info.  If there are any members left I will
  have them and a TV and player at the ABANA conference to show what $5
  will get you.

  a base I would have to agree that there are many who are not 
  members.  Heck, many of the regular contributors to the group are not
  ABANA
