As this unfortunate situation does not seem to be getting resolved, perhaps
the entire matter should be:
1. Investigated by a neutral third party versed in internal affairs
investigations. This should be done by a professional investigative
organization, at ABANA's expense
2. A report of investigative findings should be prepared and made available
to all ABANA members
3. Unresolved differences between parties -should be submitted for binding
arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
4. Evidence of criminal activity should be reported to the cognizant
authority
5. The membership, as stakeholders, must INSIST that this self-destructive
series of exchanges/events be brought to a halt and DEMAND the cooperation
of the BOD toward that end.
