You have a great sense of timing....see theforge today?
Look, here is how it is.
In 98-99, you believed Dorothy and Clare, too bad for us both.  I 
tried to warn you off to no avail.  You and Dorothy and Clare dragged 
Don Kemper and the NWBA into this.  None of what is at issue here, 
regarding me, should ever have been brought into ABANA by Clare or 
Dorothy (re:Robert Owens & Samuel Yellin's tools.....) or into the 
NWBA.  As an attorney, you know what is inappropriate for a Board of 
an association to act upon, and what to restrain its Board members 
from acting on.  You and Don Kemper know what a conflict  of interest 
is.......

Don Kemper's letters as NWBA president, and now as ABANA President 
reflects someone passionately believing some utter lies.  Too bad he 
never checked the facts before he signed his name, eh?  Now Don 
Kemper and the NWBA has gone way out on a limb for Clare, Dorothy and 
Jerry Kagele....because he (Don), and others on ABANA's Board, bought 
into your machinations and misuse of both office (ABANA) and license 
(Lawyer).  Dave Mudge believed you all and acted on those beliefs, 
and now that has embarrassed him.

Everyone needs to see ABANA as an educational association, not a club 
for Board members to abuse....same is true of NOMM and its Director.

You keep writing your cowardly, unsigned emails and I will keep 
slamming you, and your's back.  You grow up, stop abusing your 
elected office and leave me and my family alone, I will have little 
to say and less reason to say it.

ps...the paperwork for the Washington State Bar Association has been 
updated to include your actions (seamless continuity) from when you 
acted without authorization...to what abana board members told the 
Bar in 1999..... to today...
Keep pushing and see what it gets you and everyone on the abana board 
(now or in the past five years) that your emails keep dragging deeper 
into this, they will owe you a  lot.
