Seeing as the ABANA publishing squabble has floated to the top again..(
it really is kinda surprising that so many strong headed people manage
to get together and have so little
acrimony)............................... a small distraction or 2.
1. I have a number of assorted magnets used for set-ups, mock ups and
the like...should they be stored separately, carefully aligned
north/south, to retain max pull ( suck?) or is it not a problem just to
toss them in a box with their friends?
2. The CBA spring conf tailgate sales yielded an old Kalamazoo horiz
bandsaw..got it roughly aligned with new bearings ,blade, hydraulic
rebuild etc...plugged it in and flipped the switch to make the first
cut....and the blade was going briskly backwards! Huh??. Can anyone
think of a reason why? Do i remember right that to reverse the direction
one switches the red and black leads in the motor's wiring box? Been a
long time.
Once again, thanks for your help.....Pete F
