You don't need a #80 drill.  Just make a spade bit from a needle or
(wire) cat whisker.

So you gonna cast these little jobs in solid gold and solder them to
silver buttons to wear at ABANA 2004?

OK, I promise I will lay off the anvils for a while, but here's the
smallest one I've made to date.  It's about 5/16 from heel to horn,
one piece.  One of these days I will get around to a hardy hole. If
I can dig up a #80 drill, I may even bore the pritchel hole as well.

Now that it's done, I think I'm going to so sit in the living room
