[TheForge] Survey: How high is your anvil.

Bruce,  Not sure your sample size is very good so far.  For what it is worth
mine is at 34 and 5/8 and I happen to be 6 foot 1.  At the John C. Campbell
Folk School the anvil height is adjustable and I know that I have raise and
anvil at least 8 or 9 inches to get it at my working height from who ever
was at that forge the week before.  The adjustable height uses wooden shim
blocks most of which are 1 and 1/2 thick (cut from 2x8's).
