860 mm translates to 33 7/8", nearly 34", making it the highest reported
so far.

Good thing I asked!  The range so far is 28.5 to 34.  The greatest
number fall in a 2.5" range, centering at 32.75".

That means that very little adjustability is needed, and that anvils
are higher than I had expected.  The average desk or table is only 30"
high, so anvils are typically a little higher than that.
