[TheForge] Gas forge torch Book?

Hi Gang,
I haven't posted for quite a while, but have been lurking. I must have
missed the original post with the name of Michael's (?) book on the Gas
Forge Torch.  Could someone send me the title and where to buy it?

Gabriel,
It looks to me from the pictures of the burner that you are using a piece
of 1" pipe for the nozzle instead of making the nozzle in the book that has
a 1" pipe sleeve with a piece of 1 1/4" stainless steel pipe over it.  I
think that you will get better performance if you build the one in the
book, the step in the burner nozzle on these burners is important if you
want to achieve the high output that they are capable of.
