High-speed Belt Sander/Grinder: A device putatively for grinding knives, 
or or smoothing other objects, this tool is known for its uncanny 
ability to relocate human skin, somehow delaying the pain of that effect 
for several moments after it has finished.

One may more cheaply experience this effect by leaning out an automobile 
door at 70 mph and dragging one's knuckles on rough pavement.
