With exhaust manifolds, it helps to grind away all the oily, fried 
surface metal before trying to stick it back together. Cast iron rod, Ni 
rod and brazing all work..temperature control is necessary unless you  
do dinky bits of bead and then peen like crazy while it cools. Nasty 
fumes sometimes..especially on an old oil burner.
Gak..lets talk about something pleasant, like exiling spammers, naked, 
to somewhere cold.
