[TheForge] OT Union Rant (Was Re: concrete)

Well I start at the advantage of having a consultant friend who is looking to 
hire me for long term support for his projects, he has a proven track record 
(three businesses, two sold for $$$$ and the last failed in the big tech bust 
(damned venture capitalists pulled all thier cash) but he had 50 employees on 
payroll doing lottery and gaming solutions. He told me that if my startup went 
breasts skyward he would hire me outright...
