I saw this system demonstrated a while ago and it is real slick. The guy 
admitted there is a limit to how thick a piece it will work with, but he 
wouldn't specify. Next time I see the demo I have more questions.  It did a 
great job on manifolds, etc. The powder refills are pricey also so if you 
couldn't sell the repairs at a decent price it would take a while to recoup 
your monies.
