	Those at the top of the food chain, in terms of material power 
	in all its forms, will not be adversely affected by any of this, 
	and in fact are probably perpetrating much of what we experience.
	If we will not look to our own interests, nobody else will.  If
	we take it in the neck because we slept at the switch or were
	unwilling to take action that peacable souls would normally
	regard as highly distasteful, we have nobody to blame but 
	ourselves.  And it's not that there are no good, smart, clued-in,
	and willing people in the USA, but rather we lack a critical
	mass.  The Freemen for example, right or wrong, took a stand and
	got their heads handed to them, in some cases literally.  A gnat
	is an unlikely David perched upon the ass of an elephant.

	Though a gnat carrying the right viral agent...
