Summit Equipment in Akron OH. I don't know where Bill gets his steel, 
but his bar stock is most often 24' rather than the usual 20'.

But I ain't above measuring the stuff before I load it because I often 
need pieces at slightly over 11'.

Sometimes my orders are just "cut to transport," cut more or less in 
half. I do have one regular order that require 11'3" that may not be 
made up of rwo welded pieces.
