Once again we see Chicken Little's philosophy at work. There is a problem 
with street gangs chopping each other up. Select the politically correct answer 
from the list:
(A) Clean up the gangs.
(B) Let them carve on each other until they clean themselves up.
(C) Outlaw all sharp instruments they might use to hurt themselves so that 
they can proliferate and remain a good excuse for creating a police state.
