A full size light will keep a full size refrigerator warm and dry. In the 
shipyards, they like to keep the rod too hot to touch. I would estimate around F 
170 or F 180. F 140 is just beyond uncomfortable. You might want to move up 
from 15 W to 25 W. The rods used were 60 70 and 80 series (pretty standard 
stuff). For other rods, like aluminum, best check with your weld supply store.
