Does anyone know what's happened to the iForge part of Anvilfire? It still
says that there are weekly demonstrations, but the last one I can find is in
early November. I used to look foreward to checking it out every week. Has
it gone somewhere I can't find?

I made a deckboard prybar out of a 4' section of 2" galvanized pipe by
welding a piece of 3/8 x 2" around the pipe complete with a curved shoe to
sit on the joist like Dann Johnson described and it worked OK but am now
working on a version much like the Duckbill Deckwrecker where the key design
seems to be that the pivot point that rests on the joist is in the same
horizontal plane as the "duckbill" that comes up under the decking roughly
parrallel to the bottom of the decking with the handle offset about 15
degrees to keep it roughly vertical when you start the pry. Contrary to
most of the advice I got, I think that 1/4" mild steel will do the job.
I'll have to wait till the damn thing gets tested to know, but I think it'll
work and I have a lot of 1/4 stock laying around.
