[TheForge] OT propane forge burner book - tarriffs.

NAFTA is made for big corporations.  Shipping either way you have to way
brokerage.  Books can be sent by mail which saves brokerage fees however the
post office charges $10 to collect the sales tax.  So by the time I pay for the
shipping which seems to be higher for cross border, $10 for tax collection, the
tax,  and finally the exchange rate, a book is almost double the price.  If I
were buying the book in Canada I would have to pay the tax anyways but I really
resent having to pay the post office a collecting fee above and beyond the tax.
The difference in value between the US dollar and the Canadian dollar has
narrowed considerably in the last year.
