Yes, PhotoAccess is free for the first year, and at the end of that 
year, if no one has bought at least $20 worth of prints from them of  
your stuff, you will be dropped.
I had a bunch of pictures on the site for just 1 year. It was easy to 
upload, and really easy to maintain. But, they made no $$ off of me, and 
I was dumped. You will get a warning email, asking you to make a 
purchase before your collection dies.
The only way to show and keep pictures on the web the way you want, is 
to put up your own site.. Many ISP's offer free space to do so.
