	Acupuncture is great for that.  Seriously.  But you ahve to find
	a good practitioner.  Not the sort of thing you pick out of the
	phone book at random.  dr. Chen would pin me up and down my back
	and I'd fall dead away asleep.  Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
