Band saw blades come in large rolls, are cut to length and welded.
Why don't you cut yours to length and weld? It will save you from buying
new. If you can't do this yourself I'm sure there is a local machine shop
that will do it for a small fee (less than new blades).

Subject: [TheForge] Free bandsaw blades
I have a handfull of 7' 9" bandsaw blades (such as a horizontal bandsaw
uses). Most of them are 1/2", 0.025, 14tpi. If they fit your saw, you
may have them (for shipping if needed).
I bought my saw used with a bunch of blades in the bottom. Finally came
time to change the blade and I find that none of them actually fit my
saw. Mine uses blades a few inches shorter.
Let me know,
