	Funny you mention this.  I have been having the same problem,
	sorta.  The I dial up, for example, and try to get mail, the
	mailer barfs.  The second try usually works fine.  There is a
	definite TCP/IP hitch somewhere, but I haven't found it.

	If you think it is ZoneAlarm, try unloading it and see if it
	still happens.  If not, then you know that your firewall is
	causing something to happen to bring you this problem.  If not,
	then obviously it is something else.
