Tod- we have not one, not two, but three refineries within a half hour 
drive of here, and we still have some of the most expensive gas in the 
country. (2 at March Point in Anacortes, and one at Cherry Point north 
of Bellingham)

Part of it is our high state gas taxes, but part of it is where the 
crude comes from too. Our crude comes from Alaska mostly, and it costs 
more to get it here than Gulf crude.
Not that it makes any sense, but that is what they tell us.
