	Yeah, bunch of mob bastards.  About ten years ago now, NJ
	made NY stop dumping off the coast and they fixed the leak 
	in the Asbury Park treatment plant.  Well, one day I'm on
	the Manasquan jetty with my friend heading out to snag some
	blackfish for dinner.  I turned and looked at the water,
	which for my entire life up to that time had been this murky
	green drech soup.  Well, I had to do a double take because I
	was in about 12' of water at that point and I could see to the
	bottom!  It's been that clean ever since.
