Darrell, I don't see anything in Phlip's letter about uses. It looks 
like you added that part. All Phlip said was about beliefs and commissions.

Secondly, are you claiming that Wiccan ceremonies equate to terrorist 
actions? A pretty extreme twisting of the situation, I think.
