Hey Andy,
The Widmanstatten structure is only found in meteorites with the correct
proportions of Nickel and Iron that cools over a very long time.
The price of meteorites varies greatly from a few dollars per gram to many
thousands of dollars per gram for rare specimens.
I only make knives that will do their primary function-namely cut.
If a customer wants a piece of "the stars" in the blades furniture, it's
Jake with me.
I wish I had some of the steel elevator cable from the WTC to make memorial
blades from it.
