Got the new limit valves in yesterday and tried that air hammer Kim 
George and I have been building. (Kinyon type with Larry Zoeller's mods)

120-180 beats per minute easily, hits like the proverbial ton of poop, 
and is nicely controllable. Testing, we could hit hard or easy, one hard 
smack, or hammer the living heck outta whatever at will. Adjusting the 
position of the limit valve can set harder or softer strokes too.

Nice little gadget now that it's plumbed correctly, which error was mine 
entirely: I misread the schematic on the valve box and had the darn 
thing backward. It would hit about once a second as the valve shift 
signal gradually leaked off pressure. Now it hits fast and hard if you 
ask for it.
