The whole proposition is silly. Most any of us could wreak terrible
damage/morbidity/mortality with materials on hand.
The basic premise our nation is founded on is that the citizens are
competent adults who hold it all in their hands...we seem to have
abandoned that view.
It's easy to fuckthings up, always has been. We can't make it not so and
still remain functional..........
Just as we can't be perfectly secure and have much freedom at all.
