Hi Terry. I hung around their booth a couple of years ago at Westec.  Nice 
process. Essentially a sugar water binder is printed onto the surface of 
the powder, then another layer of the powder is spread over the surface, 
then another layer of the binder is sprayed down. The finished product is 
sort of like a molasses sand core. Definitely a one use item. Nice for 
prototyping, though. I watched them print an entire ball bearing assembly. 
blow off the dust, and you had a working  bearing! No strength of course, 
but impressive to say the least.
