[TheForge] Off Topic - Pirated ?

I tried to send this to you directly but you've got my ISP blocked.  When I
tried to send it to theforge, there were too many problems with the spam
filters.  I had to drop almost all the items just to get it through.

What do you think about the prices below I got in a spam ad for software?
The add includes a webpage address.

This has got to be pirated.  Maybe it's a credit-card collection site ???
